Antagonistic effects with diuretics, corticoteroids, phenothiazines, thyroid products, oestrogens, oral contraceptives, phenytoin, nicotine acid, sympathomimetics & Ca channel blockers & isoniazid. Gliclazide: Hypoglycaemic effect increased by aspirin, phenylbutazone, clofibrate, sulphonamides, oral anticoagulants & MAOIs.
