When used during the second and third trimesters, Generic Altace 1.25 mg can lead to birth defects, prematurity, and death in developing and newborn babies. If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant and are taking Generic Altace 1.25 mg, Generic Altace 1.25 mg should be discontinued as soon as possible. Contact your doctor immediately.
